Elder Law Elements
Good news, bad news. The good news: Americans are living longer than ever. The bad news: we eventually wear out physically, mentally, or both. In

As an E Trustee Counselor, I am called to serve those I come across to help them meet their current needs and goals and to encourage them to look to the future with a goal of finishing
well.
If you are reading this message, then you are one of those people whose path is crossing mine. Whether you become a client or not, I hope that you spend a few minutes at this site and that the contents of this site encourage you and uplift you.
If you do become a client, then you can expect:
|
- To be treated fairly and honestly;
- To have our relationship held in great esteem (while the transactional nature of my representation is important, I want to get to know you and your family and your needs and desires for life, as well);
- To be fully educated about the subject that you are seeking assistance;
- To be challenged to make intentional decisions to strive for living the rest of your life with the intent to accomplish as much as you can;
- To be held accountable for completing the goals and plans that you have expressed a desire to complete;
- For me to meet or exceed these expectations and more, and
- To give me referrals of your like-minded relatives, friends and neighbors, if I have indeed met or exceeded your expectations.
